Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your My Smart Desk using a debit/credit cards (AMEX, Maestro, Mastercard and VISA),via PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. You can also pay with the following crypto currencies: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, DAI, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDC.
Can I pay over the phone?
Yes. Simply call 0115 666 0358 and our Customer Service team will be happy to take your order. Our lines are open Monday - Friday between 8.30am - 5pm.
What name will appear on my statement?
Your payment transaction made through the site will appear as MY SMART DESK or CCM GROUP on your statement.
How do I get a refund?
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way we have a 30 day returns policy and we will provide an exchange or a full refund. For further information click here.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. Please note that your My Smart Desk purchase is a pre-order and will be dispatched as described on the product page for the item. Please see delivery FAQs below for more information.
How much is delivery?
Free delivery is included on all orders over £100. Any orders under £100 are subject to a £3.95 P&P fee.
When can I expect my delivery?
We are currently taking pre-orders and orders will be dispatched as indicated on the item product page. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a notification with your tracking number.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across the UK. We will offer international shipment but due to events and issues out of our control with worldwide shipping, it is currently unavailable.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification which will include your tracking link.
Is there a warranty with the My Smart Desk?
The My Smart Desk comes with a two year extended warranty, to find out more information click here. Please note you must fill out the registration form to activate your warranty.
Can I return my order?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days as per our refund policy. They will be happy to help you return your order.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes. If you are interested in placing an order for 5 or more desks please contact our Customer Service team. They will put you in touch with one of our Account Managers.
